Good Things at MTMS
Great History Challenge
We are incredibly proud to announce that Nico R., Drew C. and Noah A. have won the Great History Challenge Regionals and are now advancing to the National Competition! This is an amazing achievement, as the competition at regionals was intense, with some of the brightest young historians showcasing their knowledge and skills.
Our students demonstrated exceptional dedication, critical thinking, and historical expertise, representing MTMS with excellence. Their hard work and passion for history truly set them apart in such a challenging field.
Please join us in celebrating their success and wishing them the best of luck as they take on the national stage! Go MTMS! 🎉🏆📚
Dunking for Density Science Lab
Students are using plastic film canisters of different masses to prove that water has a density of 1 gram per cubic centimeter.
The challenge was to get the canister to float, suspend, and sink in water by altering the mass with pennies.
7th Grade Pathways Podcasts
Mrs. Bowden's 7th grade students are creating their own podcasts that include interviews.
Theses students were able to connect with Tyler Jackowski a trending content creator on social media.
