WES UPDATE

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE DATES

The parent teacher conference dates for 24 25 school year are:

Thursday, December 5th 5-7 pm First Trimester

Tuesday, February 11th 3:15-5:15 Second Trimester

Short individual check-ins approximately 5 minutes in duration.

FIELD TRIP CHAPERONES

All chaperones will be required to have both a CORI check as well as fingerprints.

The deadline to apply for your fingerprints is December 15th. In the past last minute requests have caused confusion so we are implementing this deadline to avoid any confusion.

CORI forms can be filled out in person at the Main Office. Make sure that you have a non expired drivers' license with you. Please see attached guide for fingerprinting information.

Chaperones will be chosen randomly based on how many volunteers we need to provide adequate coverage. More information will be provided by Teachers as the field trip dates get closer.

We have quite a bit of lost and found items in our cafeteria. Please have your child check if they have lost any items. If not claimed by Friday, November 22nd, these items will be donated.

WORLD KINDNESS DAY

In celebration of World Kindness Day, the students on the WES Green Team created a special sign that was hung in the foyer. It was a great photo opportunity to be the “i” in KIND. It’s a great reminder to be kind—to ourselves, to one another, and to our planet!
