We Are A.R.M.Y. Strong!!
Each day, we say the Continental Creed: "As a member of the Continental Army, I promise to be Accountable, Respectful, Motivated to Learn, and do mY best." We also remind students of our school goal of achieving a letter grade of a B in three years or less....Students will hear us say "Are you helping us get to a B in 3?" If we all focus on being ARMY Strong every day, we will reach this goal!
ISTEP+ Finished
Last week we completed the Part 2 of ISTEP+. We are very proud of the effort put forth by the students. We heard a lot of positive feedback from both teachers and students. Any students that missed testing sessions this week will make them up this week.
8th grade package fee
8th grade students can bring $20 to their first period teacher at any time before May 1st. This package includes the student-designed t-shirt, the Promotion portfolio with certificate and picture, and the student-planned Block Party. We look forward to celebrating our accomplishments and friendships on the last day of school.
Virtual Snow Make-Up Days
The last virtual make up assignment is due Monday May 4th. Please make sure each assignment has been completed and turned in. Any assignment not completed will result in an unexcused absence for the snow day.
Last week for After School Programs
This week is the last week for after school programs. The programs have been a great opportunity for students to grow and explore opportunities outside of the classroom. A special thanks to all the teachers who took the time expand the learning of students through these opportunities.

8th grade Promotion and Recognition Ceremony
Please plan to join us for a special ceremony recognizing the accomplishments of our 8th grade class in the Bosse High School Auditorium. Parking will be available at the lot behind the football stadium next to Hwy 41. We will enter in the doors that face Washington Avenue and into the auditorium. Again, the dress code for the ceremony is a shirt and tie with dress slacks for boys. Girls may wear a blouse with dress slacks/skirt or a dress. Shoulders must be covered and dresses/skirts must be knee length. Please avoid spandex, stretchy or tight fitting clothing. All dress attire should be appropriate for the occasion as the focus will be on recognizing students for their academic achievement and accomplishments.
