Quarter 4 - Week 3 π
Hey Rose Lane Families!
A busy month of April is ahead. We have multiple events happening and our AASA assessments start today!
Tomorrow we have a School Rebuild meeting in our Library from 5:30 - 6:30 PM. We encourage you to attend if you want more information on our School Rebuild timeline. We will also be providing some pictures of what the new school will look like. This meeting will be ran by our Architects, Orcutt Winslow. We hope to see you there!
As I mentioned our AASA assessment starts this month for our 3rd and 4th grade students. This week 3rd graders will be taking their Oral Reading Fluency assessment, and then on Thursday both 3rd and 4th grade take their writing assessment. If you missed our AASA informational video for parents here is the link: https://youtu.be/5PriJ9PNhjQ
This week is Autism Acceptance Week! Each day this week we will be doing something to celebrate. Please check out the flyer below with information regarding each day's activity.π
We want to thank our teacher Elysia Lopez for putting this together for us.
Tomorrow is our 4th Grade Performance at the Madison from 6:00 - 7:00 PM. We hope you all can make it! I know our 4th grade students have been working very hard to prepare! π
We are excited for another great week with you! See you soon!

Art Masterpiece π¨
Art Masterpiece needs YOU!
Since 1983, Art Masterpiece has become a beloved program in the Madison School District to educate our students about artists who have made a significant impact in history. No art experience is required to become a volunteer for Art Masterpiece. We provide training, as well as presentations, resources, and ideas for projects for you to use or you can make it your own!
As a volunteer for Art Masterpiece you will present information about an artist, their art, history, geographic and cultural relevance, artistic value, unique aspects, art appreciation and create a fun art project with students!
If you are interested in being a volunteer for Art Masterpiece at Rose Lane, please fill out the interest form here:
