Clear Creek Miner's Monthly
February 27, 2025
Golddigger/Duster Families,
We are excited to begin planning for the 2025-26 school year! Course enrollment started on Monday, February 24th with presentations to guide students through the process. We have updated the course handbook and created enrollment forms for each grade level.
Each student received an enrollment form to take home and discuss with their families. Teacher signatures are required for High School AP and honors courses before enrollment. You may also notice some new course offerings this year-we're excited to provide these new opportunities for our students! Completed enrollment forms should be returned to your student's English teacher by the due dates listed below. If your child takes an English class outside of Clear Creek, then you turn your forms in to Pam Ginter.
Current 7th and 8th grade Enrollment

New way to report your students absences!
Campus Parent Absence Request Tool
Exciting News! Parents you can now use this Infinite Campus tool to report same-day absences, late arrivals, early dismissals and pre arranged absences. You can access this tool within the Campus Parent website or smart phone app. Specific instructions on how to use the tool can be found in this guide.
Alternatively, you can call the attendance voicemail at 303-679-4680 to report your student absent or late arrival for the day.
Important Update - Cell Phone Policy
Cellphones are a great way to communicate with your student, however, please know that we cannot excuse your student from class unless the front office sends a pass for them. Also, if you have something urgent that you need to communicate with your student, calling the office is one of the best ways to do so. This way, the school can help in an emergency and we can make sure your student gets the message. Students are using their parents as a reason for needing to use their phone in class, so we wanted you to be aware that if your student does not answer your text or phone call immediately, it means they are focused on their school work. Thank you for partnering with us on this issue.
