Principal's Message
Hello Lowell Families!
I hope you have enjoyed your week and are doing well! As we draw closer to the start of our school year, I want to continue to update you with important information.
As a reminder, the first day of school for the 2020-2021 school year is Thursday, August 6. Elementary school hours are 8:05am - 3:05pm. Our front office is now open so please don’t hesitate to contact us for any registration questions or needs for either virtual or in-person learning. Please call our office at 317-532-3900 for any needed assistance or to set up an appointment to register your child for the upcoming school year.
The Warren Community Family Resource Center, in cooperation with MLT Mentoring & Sonny Day, will be hosting a food distribution with fresh produce and meat from Gleaners. The distribution will take place on Monday, July 27th beginning at 3:30 pm and ending no later than 5:30 pm at the new Moorhead Community Resource Center, located at 8400 East 10th Street Indianapolis, Indiana. Supplies are limited, so distribution will be on a first come, first serve basis. We would like to thank all of our families for allowing us to serve you over the summer months during these difficult times.
In addition, food distribution will continue on Tuesday, July 28 and Friday, July 31 at our designated locations from 11:00am - 1:00pm.
We would appreciate your help in notifying us if your child will be a car rider for the upcoming school year, as we anticipate a greater number of car riders this year. If your student(s) will be a car rider this school year please email our secretary Mrs. Coram at kcoram@warren.k12.in.us with your child's information in order to have your car rider signs ready on the 1st day of school. This will help make our car rider process much faster and more efficient. In addition, if you have an alternate pick-up or drop-off location, please email Mrs. Coram with that information. Thank you for your help with this!

Registration for the 2020-2021 School Year
Warren Township is currently accepting new registrations for the 20-21 school year. If your student ended the school year in a Warren Township school, you do not need to take any additional action to be registered for school. If you are new to Warren Township and want to register your student for the upcoming school year, you may register online:

Student Devices
Students who will be physically present at Lowell for the 20-21 school year are asked to bring their devices back to school with them upon our return. Items needed to be returned are:
- iPad or Chromebook
- Charging/Power Cord
- Device Case
Students who will be participating in virtual learning will keep their devices at home with them in order to support their learning. More information will be released prior to the start of school regarding tech support for devices and for those students who need a device for virtual learning.

It is helpful to know if your family will be returning to Lowell for the 2020-2021 school year.
