Warhawk Family Newsletter
Week of February 23rd

From the Principal's Desk
Hello, Warhawk Families!
The past few weeks have been filled with excitement and accomplishment as our Warhawks continue to soar, making a positive impact on our community. We’re thrilled to share some long-awaited news — construction is officially underway!
This newsletter includes the first update from AJAX Construction, showcasing the initial progress and giving you a glimpse of what’s ahead. AJAX will continue to provide weekly updates with progress reports, upcoming projects, and photos, so you can stay connected every step of the way.
With just two weeks until Spring Break, we want to ensure our Warhawks stay focused and finish strong. Important testing opportunities are coming up, including the SAT and Cycle 3 assessments, so every day of preparation counts.
Parents, we kindly ask for your support in making sure students are dressed for success and adhering to our electronic devices policy, helping create an environment where every student can thrive.
Thank you for your partnership and enthusiasm as we build for the future — let’s keep soaring, Warhawks!
With gratitude,
Principal Brown

Say Something
Pinellas County Schools has partnered with Sandy Hook Promise to offer the Say Something Anonymous Reporting System. Say Something allows you to submit secure & anonymous safety concerns to help identify and intervene upon at-risk individuals BEFORE they hurt themselves or others. Tips made to the Say Something Anonymous Reporting System are passed along to the appropriate law enforcement agencies and school officials.
Fortify FL
Additionally, the district utilizes FortifyFL, a school-related suspicious activity reporting tool that allows Florida students and the community the ability to instantly relay information anonymously concerning unsafe, potentially harmful, dangerous, violent or criminal activities, or the threat of these activities, to the appropriate law enforcement agencies and school officials. FortifyFL was created and funded by the 2018 Florida Legislature as part of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Act.
