This has truly been an amazing start to the school year. Our students and staff are incredible! Their enthusiasm has set the tone for what we can achieve together this year.

Thank you to everyone for your encouragement and support. We enjoyed seeing so many of you at our Back to School Night. Let’s continue to believe in endless possibilities for all students and inspire each other as we strive for excellence.

Traffic update: morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up continue to improve and should continue to do so. Please remember a few key points:

• No left turns in or out of the traffic circle during these times
• Always form 1 line (different than OTE elementary process)
• When traffic backs up on 133rd to Lamar, do NOT block the roundabout
• At 3:15 elementary parents will begin to line up for pick up at OTE. If arriving after this time, be mindful not to get stuck in this line.

Falcon Activity Night (FAN) 6-8 pm

Before requesting a schedule change for elective classes, please make sure you have reviewed your child’s entire 24-25 schedule on ParentVue to see if the desired classes are scheduled for another quarter or semester. All schedule changes are reviewed by school administration. If space is available, we make every effort to accommodate schedule requests.

To request a schedule change, students need to fill out a request to change classes Google Form which will be available on the OTMS Student Canvas page. Parents will need to approve this change via email confirmation. All requests should be submitted by the end of the day on Friday, August 16, 2024.

Families who have bus riders are encouraged to sign up for BusZone to help track your student's bus. In previous years, Bus Tracker was used, but it has changed this year. Instructions for signing up are below.

8th grade girls interested in volleyball should fill out the interest form below so that they can be added to the Volleyball Canvas course. This will allow them to receive communication for the upcoming season.

See the attached flyer for information about the "Buckaroo Bracelet" which is replacing the "Ticket Tees" from previous years. It's a way for elementary and middle school students to gain entry to BV North sporting events.

FAN NIGHT – save the date

The first FAN Night (Falcon Activity Night) of the year will take place on Friday, September 13. This is a fun event for our students including inflatables, a DJ, open gym, pizza, snacks and much more! Mark your calendars and watch for more details coming soon!
