On Wednesday, May 1st we will be having our annual May Crowning before our 8:10am School Mass. May is the month dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, so we will be placing flowers around the statue of the Blessed Mother in the Narthex of the Church, and placing a crown of flowers around her head. We invite you to send flowers with your student on Wednesday to help us celebrate this special day honoring Mary.

Please join us for our final General PTO Meeting of the year on Friday, May 3rd after morning assembly in the Dining Hall to learn about some of the extracurricular activities that will be offered next Fall at St. Theresa.

Representatives from Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts, Enrichment Services (Martial Arts & Ballet), and Coder Kids will give 5 minute presentations about their programs and school partnerships and then be available for questions in an open house format. We’ll have a sign up to gauge interest but registration will not happen until closer to school starting in August.

If you are unable to attend but would like to be included in the interested list please email PTO@StTheresa.cc with your child’s Name, 24-25 Grade, and which program(s) you’re interested in.

We will have donuts, kolaches and coffee and hope you’ll join us for our last PTO Meeting of the 2023/24 school year!

Do you have photos with Fr. Phil or a favorite memory or quote? We are making a memory book for Fr. Phil as a gift celebrating his retirement after 18 years at St. Theresa! Please submit your photo, story or quote for possible inclusion in the book to pto@sttheresa.cc. Feel free to include names of people in the photo and graduating years (ex. Ann Schroder, Class of ‘24) for memories and quotes you can include your name or elect to remain Anonymous. Not all submissions are guaranteed inclusion in the book but we will do our best!

Please share with STCS alumni families! We hope to have memories from Fr. Phil’s entire time at STCS! And he joined in 2006 way before any of our current 8th graders would have started.

Lunch and Preorder Form to order lunches, snow cones, silly string and how to buy tickets. The Concession Stand will be open all afternoon during Field Day for drinks, snacks, snow cones, and water balloons. All items are available for ONE ticket.

The National Junior Honor Society would like to offer support to those children who may need a little help academically. We would like to offer one-on-one tutoring for children in grades 1st-5th for only $5 per session. The tutors are scholars who maintain a 93 cumulative average. Mrs. Revia will be on hand to supervise and assist.

When: Tuesdays (no tutoring during Holidays)

Time: 3:15-3:45pm

Cost: $5 per session
