When we learn from each other's experiences and perspectives, listen with empathy and understanding, and grow together through shared challenges and success we become better together. This synergy fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and mutual support, allowing us to achieve far more than we could alone. By embracing our differences and celebrating our unique strengths, we can create an inclusive environment where everyone thrives.

Jewish American Heritage Month

May is a rich month of heritage celebrations, which includes Culver City Unified School District's celebration of Jewish American Heritage Month. We can center and honor the many lived and historical experiences of Jewish Americans. Culver City Unified School District recognizes the Jewish community's diversity represented by our students, staff, and families.

Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month

In May join us in celebrating AAPI Heritage Month. We honor the incredible contributions and achievements of the Asian American and Pacific Islander communities to Culver City Unified School District.


Our AAPI students, families, and staff are an important part of what makes the CCUSD community so special. During this month, our students will have opportunities to learn about cultural traditions and the people who are a part of why our county is successful, as well as, our state, and the Southern California region. We appreciate the continued support from our student and parent organizations who share their culture in order to provide links between our schools and our families.


Culver City Unified is proud to be a place where AAPI students can thrive, where their identities are celebrated, and where their potential is nurtured. This AAPI Heritage Month, let us come together to honor the rich cultures, stories, and legacies that enrich our schools and our world.
