School News
DIGITAL DAY FOR ALL STUDENTS
Tuesday, November 5, Election Day, is the next built-in digital day. Students will complete assignments at home using their teacher’s eCLASS/Google Classroom page or work sent home in a packet. Your child’s teacher will provide more info as the day approaches. Buses will be delivering breakfast and lunch at bus stops.
ALL PRO DAD
We are excited to host All Pro Dad meetings this year at FMES. All Pro Dad is an organization with a mission to foster relationships between dads (or other male guardians) and their families. Our next event will be on Friday, November 8, at 7:30 a.m. in the school cafeteria. Dads are invited to attend with their children for a light breakfast, brief presentation, and fun activities. Please plan to join us at FMES on Friday, November 15 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. for the FMES All Star Ball, a mother/son date night. Boys are welcome to bring their mom or another special adult. Favorite team jerseys are encouraged but not required. The ticket includes snacks/drinks, dancing, games, and a selfie booth. Tickets are $10 per adult (no charge for FMES students or children under 5). Tickets purchased after Nov. 8 at 5:00 p.m. will be $15 per adult. Tickets at the door will be $20 per adult. You may purchase tickets using MemberHub (which will close on Nov. 11 at 5:00 p.m.). If you prefer to pay with cash or check, look for the payment form in your child’s Friday folder today. Please complete and return the form with payment to your child's teacher. Make checks payable to FMES PTA. Food trucks will be available to purchase food.
5TH GRADE TRIBUTES (ADS) IN THE YEARBOOK
Don’t miss out on celebrating and honoring your graduating 5th-grade student in the FMES yearbook! Parents/guardians can design a tribute on the publisher's website by adding a picture and writing a message to their child. Only one size will be offered - 1/8 of a page for $25. Information has also been sent home in your child’s Friday Folder. Your 5th grader will be excited to see his/her tribute when yearbooks arrive at the end of the school year. The deadline to order is December 13.

LITTLE LEARNERS ACADEMY
Are you looking for a fun activity for your children aged from birth to five years old? Join us for Little Learners Academy. We meet once a month for a great opportunity to engage with your child through PLAY! Our next meeting will be on December 4th from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Freeman's Mill. ENGLISH CLASS FOR PARENTS
Learn basic conversational English in a friendly and supportive environment. Sessions are held in person on Wednesdays at 11:30 a.m. and run from September 13 through November 29.
