Quality Assurance Requirements
In person courses will be:
- May 25 6:00 p.m. at the Fair Center
- June 7 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. at the Fair Center
- June 7 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. at the Fair Center
Ownership and Identification
Proof of ownership (by completing the appropriate ID sheet and turning it into the Extension Office) in the 4-H & FFA division must be established by the following methods and dates:
- Rabbits - Tattoo in left ear (JUNE 15) ID Sheet
Entries/Number of Entries
At entry time, (July 12, 2021) each 4-H member of a family holding their animals in joint ownership must designate on the entry sheet which animal(s) he or she plans to show. Livestock divisions in which a 4-H and FFA member may enter:

- 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. 4-H, FFA, & Open Class Rabbit check-in and caging
Saturday, July 24
- 9:00 a.m. (following Poultry Show) 4-H, FFA, & Open Class Rabbit Show – Royal Arena
- 1:30 p.m. (following Companion Animal Show) - 4-H Poultry, Rabbit & Companion Animal Awards – Royal Arena
Sunday, July 25
- 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Release all rabbits & clean cages
Rabbit Rules
- The exhibitor may show more than one animal per class, (i.e. 2 senior mini lop does, 1 senior mini lop buck and 2 mini lop junior does).
- If rabbit is not tattooed, it will be shown in Open Class.
- ALL EXHIBITORS MUST BE PRESENT TO SHOW RABBITS TO JUDGE. If this is not possible, arrangements must be made with the show superintendent prior to the show.
- Exhibitors must supply own food and water equipment, which rabbits cannot turn over. Exhibitors are responsible for the watering and feeding of their rabbits and are required to clean cages after release of exhibits on Sunday.

Dress Code
Clover Kids
Clover Kid rabbits are caged the entire fair. Entry sheets must be filled out for all Clover Kid animals. If stalling the complete fair then Clover Kids are required to follow the same stalling rules as a regular 4-H animal exhibitor (cost, entry time, release time, herdsmanship, etc.)
Stalling & Release
All 4-H and FFA livestock must be stalled in their assigned area according to their 4-H Club or FFA Chapter or they will not be allowed to show. 4-H member showing livestock must keep their livestock in the pens as provided by the Otoe County Agricultural Society. Only ordinary fans are allowed as cooling devices.
