Congratulations to all of the BHS seniors who were Knighted this week
Traditionally, knights were known for embodying values such as honor, loyalty, honesty, bravery, leadership, resilience, service to others, and outstanding character. Individuals who exemplified these traits were deemed worthy of being "knighted."
Each spring, the senior class nominate 10% of their peers for knighthood. Being nominated by classmates is a significant honor, reflecting the positive impact a student has made at BHS. These nominees then complete an application detailing their achievements and contributions to the school. From there, the BHS staff votes to select up to 5% of the class for Knighting.
This week BHS recognized an outstanding group of seniors who have earned this distinction. We thought many of you would recognize names of this year's newly-Knighted seniors!
