Hello Families! We hope you are enjoying your summer so far. We are excited for our upcoming school year!

Beginning in August we will no longer have a summer and winter uniform. We will now have a casual and dress uniform. The casual uniform can be worn any day EXCEPT mass days. On mass days, students are required to wear the dress uniform. The dress uniform can also be worn whenever the student desires.

Starting in August, students will only be allowed to use Free Dress Passes they obtained during the 2024-2025 school year. These passes will have the year printed on the pass.

I hope you are having a wonderful summer break!

As most of you have probably seen, you received an invoice for your child's Programming Fee. This is due at the beginning of each school year and on the invoice it shows that it is due in August with your first tuition payment.

The only fee you are paying at this time is the FACTS Enrollment Fee which is based on the payment plan that you selected. This fee is assessed by FACTS each year and we are not able to make any edits to this due date.

NOTICE OF IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS For ALL STUDENTS ENTERING OR RETURNING FOR FALL 2024-2025:

ALL STUDENTS between the ages 4-6 years old or 11-12 years old.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR CHILD'S MOST RECENT SHOT RECORDS FOR THESE IMMUNIZATIONS AS SOME CHILDREN HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED THEM.

Please note that if your child has had immunizations, they have to have had these immunizations on or after the age of 4 or between 4-6 y.o, or after the age of 11 or between 11-12 y.o to be ACCEPTABLE:

4-6 YEARS OLD:

DTaP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis)

Polio(IVP)

MMR(Measles, Mumps, Rubella)

Varicella(Chickenpox)

11-12 YEARS OLD:

Tdap

MCV4(Meningitis)

PLEASE bring a copy of the immunization record to the Front Office or email the Nurse at djames@ollv.org or Hilda at haraujo@ollv.org by August 12, 2024.

Have an amazing and blessed summer

Should you wish to volunteer in your child's classroom or be a chaperone on a field trip please ensure that you have completed fingerprinting, background checks, and the CMG program. You may pick up a volunteer packet in the front office. Please know that this clearance process takes between four and six weeks.
