5 spots left! WSH and CHS students (parents welcome too) have the opportunity to travel to Peru during a 9 day arts, culture, volunteerism, and archeology immersion tour during Spring Break in 2026! Visit Machu Picchu (one of the Seven Wonders of the World), Lima, travel by train with breathtaking landscapes, visit the famous Pisac Market, and the Valley of the Incas, plus spend one day volunteering with the local community to learn more about their culture and experience a once-in-a-lifetime service learning opportunity!

West Student Senate voted Abigayle Dahl our Athlete of the Week for her performance on the wrestling mat this season! Abigayle and her teammates have been trailblazers for girls wrestling in Northern Michigan; she went undefeated in Grayling last week! West is proud of all the girls and we wish the team the best of luck this season.

Traverse City Area Public Schools (TCAPS) Superintendent, Dr. John VanWagoner, will have monthly “office hours”, alternating each month between in person and virtual meetings. In person office hours will be held at Horizon Books, 243 E. Front Street, Traverse City, MI 49684 on the second floor (Mezzanine level).
