• OPTIONAL ZOOM meeting Thursday @6PM.

Check your flight info for Saturday to get terminal and gate information.

• Correct FLIGHT RECORD LOCATORS have been loaded into the google sheet (click link to MASTER TRAVEL LIST below)
• A director will be at the Airline check-in closest to the flight departure gate.
• Have your Passport and COVID card available for easy access.
• First bag is included in your flight. Bag must be less than 50lbs
• Trombones will be checked. A director will be there to pay baggage fee for trombones.

Below is a link to the Trip Information and Itinerary. This information has also been emailed. Review and email any questions...I think I have taken care of most everything; however, there might be a question out there. You can print or put on your tablet, computer or device.

I will have one more OPTIONAL ZOOOM MEETING this Thursday 3/10. This will be a chance for questions prior to our participant and parent meeting after rehearsal on Friday.

• THURSDAY 3/10 - OPTIONAL ZOOM MEETING (see link below) @ 6pm. Q & A format. No real agenda other than answering questions.
• FRIDAY 3/11 - In-person meeting after rehearsal for students and parents @6:00PM in the CAFETERIA.

NEW TESTING INFORMATION

• All you will need to take an ANTIGEN TEA (RAPID TEST) 48 hours prior to departure.
• We suggest you take your test on Thursday afternoon, March 10th.
• There will be a VERY simple form sent in our last newsletter that will have a form for you to enter your results. You will keep all records of your test for safe keeping.
