Fall Break: Parents, just a reminder that Fall Break is here!!! It will begin on Friday, October 4-11. REMEMBER… NO SCHOOL on Friday, October 4th.
ILEARN Checkpoint
We will begin ILEARN Checkpoint testing the week of October 14. The ILEARN Checkpoints are a new component of the Indiana Department of Education's (IDOE) ILEARN assessment program for English/Language Arts (ELA) and Math. The ILEARN Checkpoints are short assessments that will be given to students in grades 3–8 three times per school year: fall, winter, and spring. The checkpoints will be required for all Indiana schools in the 2025–2026 school year.
Parent Teacher Conferences
Parents just a reminder that Parent Teacher Conferences are next week!!! They will be held on Thursday, October 3rd from 4-8, and Friday, October 4th from 8-12. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s teacher.
ESL Parent Night
Our ESL Parent Night will be held on Thursday, October 3rd during Parent Teacher Conferences. This is an opportunity for our ESL parents to meet with our ESL teachers to discuss WIDA scores, report cards, and gather information about school. There will be various information available for parents as well. Please stop by the ESL table. We look forward to seeing you.

Dental Safari is scheduled to come to Coulston on Tuesday, October 15th, 2024. Please see the attached flier for how to sign up your child for this event!

It is that time of year again…our annual Scholastic Book Fair! The Book Fair will be held next week, September 30-October 4th. It will be open during Parent Teacher Conferences as well for families to purchase items! If you would like to volunteer to work the book fair, please reach out to our office to get information to complete the required paperwork. Thanks in advance.
