Please keep visitations in/to the areas approved during check-in.

Please make an appointment if you are wanting/needing to meet with a staff member.

Please wait for your child at the cafeteria doors if you are joining them for lunch.

MORNING DROP OFF IN FRONT AFTER 7:40

Please park in the parking lot to walk your child[ren] in. The front drive is a fire lane and parking is prohibited. However, you may use the front drive to drop them off.

Dear Parents,

I am really excited about the Sport Stacking unit we are currently doing in PE. Sport Stacking is an exciting sport where students stack and unstack 12-specially designed cups (Speed Stacks). Sport Stacking uses both sides of the body and brain developing important athletic and academic skills. Speed Stacking is an event in the Junior Olympics and is one of our Track & Field events.

One of my goals, as a Physical Educator, is to promote activity at home through positive alternatives to computer, television and video game screen time. I believe that Sport Stacking is a unique, fun and simple activity that motivates kids to get up and move.

I have Speed Stacks sets for students to purchase here at the school with an added benefit of helping to earn the Sport Pack for our PE program. If you wish to participate:

• Sets are only $20.00 and no tax, no shipping.

• Mats, Timers, bags are only $25.00 no tax, no shipping.

• Speed Stacks sets are available for immediate purchase.

BCE's 2018-2019 Federal Report Card, State School Report Card and Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR) are now posted on the district website at https://www.ltisdschools.org/accountability or under Families > Accountability. These reports are provided by the Texas Education Agency as part of federal and state accountability requirements.

LTISD requires 60 hours of college as verified by official transcripts. Applications are reviewed throughout the year and all applicants who meet all of our requirements will receive an invitation to Substitute University which is a required day-long class about substitute teaching in Lake Travis ISD.

Dear Parents,

If you are using the front parking lot to park and walk your child[ren] in [in the morning], please walk them up to or into the front foyer. From the front foyer children are to walk through the second set of glass doors on their own to their class. Thank you for your understanding with this as we continue to keep our building safe and our processes and procedures efficient.

If your child is going to be absent please notify their teacher(s) and the school registrar, Pam Mylius-Anderson, myliusandersonp@ltisdschools.org

IMPORTANT NOTE: An absence letter is generated by our system if your child incurs 9 unexcused absences for three or more days or parts of days within a four-week period. This letter is required by law, to remind the parent that it is the parent’s duty to monitor the student’s attendance and to require the student to come to school. If the school feels that a parent conference is necessary, you will be contacted by the Assistant Principal, Ashley Nauta.
