Principal's Message
BA Families,
We are excited to be wrapping up our state assessments and easing into our end of the year benchmark assessments. Please keep a close eye on parent communication from your child's teacher about upcoming assessment dates so students are rested and in attendance.
Students demonstrating effort as defined by our effort checklist will have the opportunity to celebrate in May with special events that have been planned. Students not demonstrating effort will not be participating in some or all of the celebrations that have been planned (determined by their effort displayed on each testing session).
We hope to have a lot to celebrate in the coming weeks!
Have a great weekend!
Mr. Horne

Cultural Arts Festival
One of our most special events of the school year is quickly approaching! Thursday, May 2nd from 5:30-7:00 pm is our Annual Broken Arrow Cultural Arts Fair/Festival.
This is a very special opportunity to celebrate our diversity as a school community. We need your help in making this a success! Attached you will find a flyer with an opportunity to sign up to bring a family favorite dish to this event to be shared. Last year this was a HUGE hit and we want to even surpass our participation from last year.
Even if you are not able to share a special family favorite food we hope you save the date to attend.
Please don't wait, sign up now to help make this be our most successful Cultural Arts Fair/Festival yet!
