For Students:

It's time to vote on your Grad Prom Theme! Get your vote in to pick your theme, the poll will close the morning of February 25.

Remember that you'll need to sign in using your school account in order to see the form.

Sherwood Park Elks Gowns and Suits for Grads

EIPS

The Sherwood Park Elks are proud to present the 11th annual Gowns and Suits for Grads event! For more than 10 years, this program has provided free gowns and suits to high school graduates and their families, ensuring every student can look and feel their best on graduation day. For more information on the program, including dates and location, visit the Sherwood Park Elks Facebook page or see the Bulletin Board on the EIPS Intranet.

Student Grad Meetings

Students are expected to attend the following Student Grad Meetings:

February 13, 2025, at the start of lunch in the Theatre. Quick meeting about upcoming events.
February 25, 2025, at 12:25 p.m. in the large gym. All students are asked to attend and wear an Orange Shirt. Grad Drummers and Orange Fountain will be here, and we will be taking the Grad Photo.

Grad Photos

Offspring Studios has added additional times for Grads to book their Portraits in February at our Sherwood Park Studio located in Blush. Grads can access the times both at the school and at the studio through our website selecting the “Appointment Booking” menu.
