Final Grad Information
Dear Parents/Caregivers,
We are so excited for the upcoming Grad Ceremony for the Class of 2025, which will be held on June 7, 2025. This momentous occasion marks a significant milestone in your child's academic journey, and we are eager to celebrate their achievements with you.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for everyone, we have outlined the schedule for the day below.
Ceremony:
Graduation Day Schedule – June 7, 2025
12:00 p.m. - Graduates should arrive at Hall D at the Edmonton Expo Centre and proceed to the staging area.
· Please ensure that the graduate is dressed in their cap/stole and gown.
· There are 2 locked rooms for graduation apparel. These rooms will be monitored during the ceremony.
· There are some photo-ops set-ups outside Hall D, so it is suggested that you come a little earlier to take advantage of these opportunities.
12:00 p.m. - Doors open for guest seating, your electronic tickets will be required and will need to be shown at the door.

Group A:
- A - D - will be coming out on the right-hand side of the hall (coming in from the entrance doors)
Group B:
- E - K - will be coming out on the right-hand side of the hall (coming in from the entrance doors)
Group C:
- L - P - will be coming out on the left-hand side of the hall (coming in from the entrance doors)
Group D:
- Q – Z - will be coming out on the left-hand side of the hall (coming in from the entrance doors)
1:00 p.m. - to approximately 3:30 p.m. Graduation Ceremony
- The ceremony will commence promptly at 1:00 p.m.
Photos:
Please refrain from leaving your seats during the ceremony to take pictures.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, students can change into their formal attire. Usually, photos are taken at the Legislative Grounds. This is not a school planned event although we will have a photographer at this location to take pictures for the memory video.
Important Information:
- Parking: Parking is available at the Expo. You will be required to register your vehicle inside the building so please ensure you know your plate number. As of Thursday, May 29, we received an update from the Expo Centre that parking will be very tight due to other grads that are now happening at the Expo due to an emergency at the U of A Butterdome. Please plan accordingly, and arrive early. CLICK HERE for the link to pay for parking.
- Seating: Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early to secure preferred seating.
- Accessibility: If you or any of your family members require special accommodations, there is special seating available.
Prom:
Prom: Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and tickets are on sale online until Wednesday at midnight. The cost is $25.00. After Wednesday, tickets can be purchased directly from the office.
- NO TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR
- Prom is open for grads and their guests (parents and caregivers included)
- A ticket is required for all attendees (grad included)
- At approximately 8:30 p.m. there will be an opportunity for the graduate to dance with someone special
- After the special dance there will be a showing of the graduation day compilation video
- There will be a coat check and limited seating available at prom.

Graduation Tickets
Grad Ceremony Tickets for the Expo Centre are $25.00 per person. The graduate doesn't need a ticket to attend.
