East Minico HVAC Information

Due to the hail storm that happened in 2023, we have several HVAC units that were damaged beyond repair. We are happy to report that the new units are now ready to be installed. Over the next few weeks, we will be needing to adjust our after-school schedule to accommodate the installation of new units. HVAC crews will be starting work at 4:00 on school days, and will be working full days on the weekends as well. We will be closing off certain parts of the building depending on where they are working. Please see the schedule for the next two weeks below.

Tuesday, 11/5 - All staff and students out of the building after 4:00. Students, and staff can be on the north side if needed.

Wednesday, 11/6 - North side can be used after 4:00. Nobody in the commons or south classrooms.

Thursday, 11/7 - All staff and students out of the building after 4:00. Students, and staff can be on the north side if needed.

Friday, 11/8 - Nobody in the building all day

Saturday, 11/9 - Nobody in the building all day

Sunday, 11/10 -Nobody in the building all day

Monday, 11/11 - North side can be used after 4:00. Nobody in the commons or south classrooms.
