Dear Red Hawk Elementary School Community,
As the school year comes to a close, I find myself writing this letter with a mix of gratitude,
reflection, and a bit of sadness. After two incredibly meaningful years as the Intervention
Administrator at Red Hawk Elementary, I will be transitioning to a new role as Assistant Principal
at Paloma Elementary School for the 2025โ2026 school year.
Serving this community has been one of the greatest honors of my career. Red Hawk is a truly
special place, filled with dedicated educators, caring families, andโmost
importantlyโremarkable students. I have been inspired every day by the commitment to student
growth and the collaborative spirit that defines this school.
To the teachers and staff: Thank you for welcoming me, supporting me, and working alongside
me to do whatโs best for kids. Your passion and professionalism have made a lasting impact on
me, and I will carry all Iโve learned from you into my next chapter.
To the families: It has been a privilege to support your children and be part of their educational
journey. Thank you for your partnership, trust, and kindness over the past two years.
And to the students: You are the heart of Red Hawk. Watching you grow, learn, and overcome
challenges has brought me immense joy. Keep working hard, being kind, and believing in
yourselves. You are capable of amazing things.
Although I am excited for the opportunities ahead, I will truly miss being part of the Red Hawk
family. I leave with wonderful memories, deep appreciation, and confidence that this community
will continue to soar.
