Principal's Message
Dear Palisades Park Families,
I hope you and your families enjoyed the Spring Break and that your children are rejuvenated for the “home stretch” of the school year!
April holds a few important dates, the first of which is the end of MP3 on Tuesday, April 16th. This is a change from the original posted date on our calendar because of the snow day. We continued to see strong attendance numbers and reduced tardiness in March with a total of 97.3% average daily attendance in the month of March. We are hoping for a strong finish of MP3 and carrying that over to the last quarter of the year. April also marks the third and final benchmark assessment before the New Jersey State Learning Assessments (NJSLA) scheduled for May. Please join us in encouraging your child to try their very best on this last benchmark assessment. Not only will these assessments help us identify what to focus on in the coming weeks before the NJSLA but it will also be part of the data points used for academic placements in the 24-25 school year.

8th Grade Internet Safety Presentation
Det./Sgt. Calaski from the Glen Rock PD and Bergen County Prosecutor’s Cyber Crimes Unit visited PPHS to speak with our 8th graders about the importance of internet safety. Thank you for visiting Det./Sgt. Calaski!
Junior Parent Night
Our Counseling Department hosted Junior students and their parents for a presentation on the important and rapidly approaching college application process. If you were not able to attend, you can access the presentation here.
Tiger Cup & Helping Our Community
During our Tiger Cup Competition, students from all grade levels stepped up for a good cause. We were able to donate over 230 cans to St. Michael’s Church.
