Positivity Project Character Trait of the Week-Gratitude: You are aware of and thankful for good things that happen.

This coming week is a short week. We will only be in school on Monday and Tuesday. There will be no school Wednesday-Friday due to Thanksgiving Break. School will resume on Monday, December 2nd. I want to thank all the families and staff for a successful Countries Around the World Event! It was so engaging to see so many families, friends, and staff learning about various countries!

We are thrilled to announce two special staff celebrations with you! Congratulations to Ms. Joelle Everett for being named our Teacher of the Year for 2024-2025! Congratulations to Ms. Eymi Cristobal for being named our Instructional Assistant of the Year for 2024-2025! We are so proud of them both and appreciate all the ways they lead and impact students and staff at HRES!

We are excited to begin spreading the word about the Holly Ridge Elementary K-5 Science Fair on January 8, 2025. A science fair flyer will come home with students. It is also included for your reference below.
