Academic Intersession

Families will be notified on 9/19 if students are being recommended for Academic Intersession in October. A registration link will be sent to confirm attendance. As a reminder, kindergarten students are not invited to the academic strand in the fall. Intersession hours are 8:00-11:45. Breakfast will be served from 7:30-7:50.

Enrichment Intersession

Music Enrichment

Kids Who Care will host a performing arts enrichment program for up to 40 K-5 students at Carlson. The program will run for all five days of Intersession from 8:00 am to 11:45 am at the school. Families are invited to a showcase on Friday, 10/11, at 11:00 am.

Science Enrichment

Alice Carlson is collaborating with the FW Zoo to offer a science enrichment program for up to 30 K-5 students. This three-day program will take place from 10/8-10/10. Parents can drop students off at the zoo as early as 8:00 am. Students will be greeted by a Carlson staff member near the ticket booth for a car line drop-off. Classes will begin at 8:30 am, and parents will pick up their children at 11:30 am.
