Just a few reminders about safety at our school
- Reserve our handicap parking spaces for those in need. Do not use them for convenience.
- Students may not be on school grounds before 7:40 (8:40 on Wednesdays) unless they are participating in a school organized activity.
- Please do not exit your vehicle in the drop-off/pick-up lane. Move to a parking space if needed.
- Please make sure you bring your phone ready to scan a QR code to sign in/out your student.
As the weather cools down, we would like to take this opportunity to remind families of a few policies. Anytime the "feels like" temperature is above 15 degrees, and the weather is permitting, we will have outside recess. Please make sure your students dresses appropriately.

Huffin' for Stuffin' Fun 2 Mile Run
Come join us on Thanksgiving morning for a 2-mile fun run! The event will be held at Mehaffey Park. We will have a fun course, music, and more! Come dressed in your best Turkey Day outfit. Every participant will receive a memorable campfire mug and bib. Shirts can be added on during registration. This event will benefit KidsPak. We will be accepting food donations to help fill their shelves and a portion of the proceeds will go to them too. Groups of 3 or more get a discount at registration and scholarships are available! Start time is at 8am! This year we will have two race starts! You can choose 8am or 8:30am. Please visit the website for more info

Yearbooks are now available for purchase! They are currently available at $24 each. Prices go up to $30 each after December 31st. Go to https://ybpay.lifetouch.com/ and use code 14930925 to purchase a yearbook for the 2024/2025 school year. We will have a very limited number available for purchase in the office at the end of the year but those numbers are limited and the price will increase. Yearbooks will be delivered the last week of the school year.
As many of you have noticed, our new nutritional services program has menus that have a lot more detail, but are not user friendly. You can view the online menu here. Just be sure to change the school to "Ponderosa" and that you are on the "lunch" option, NOT the "ECD lunch"
