Helpful Resources
An Apple a Day Keeps the Doctor Away!
Encourage healthy eating habits and start talking about what your child might like to eat for lunch! Here are some tips:
- Make it fun and educational! Children love the idea of trying to "eat a rainbow" as a way to eat healthy.
- Have meals together as a family and talk about your day to build oral language skills.
- Teach your children the importance of handwashing and using hand sanitizer to keep away germs. Have them practice doing it all by themselves to foster independence!
