Don't forget that Tuesday, March 7 will be an e-learning day for all CPCSC students. Teachers will be participating in professional development.

The e-learning day will be asynchronous. Teachers will post the agenda in Buzz for students (secondary by 7:30 a.m., elementary by 9:00 a.m.) Activities will be assigned to review or practice previously taught content, continue work and development of on-going projects or assignments, or introduce new content with supporting activities that are achievable by the student independently.

At the February 27, 2023 board meeting, the CPCSC Board of School Trustees approved new boundary lines for our elementary and middle schools. This may affect which school your child attends starting the 2023-2024 school year. More information is available on our website at www.cps.k12.in.us/redistrict23.

Crown Point Community School Corporation is thrilled to welcome the future class of 2036! If your child will be five years old before August 1, 2023, and you live in the district boundaries, we invite you to enroll for kindergarten March 14-24.

Enrollment for the 2023-2024 Bulldog Buddies Preschool is now open! Classes are either 3 or 5 days a week depending on your child's age. More information is available below or via our Learning Center at 219-663-4330.

The CPHS Theatre Department is performing Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella March 10-12 and 18-19. Children are encouraged to wear their favorite prince or princess attire and stay after each show for a meet and greet with the cast. Tickets are available at https://cphs.ludus.com.

• Opportunity Enterprises is once again hosting their inclusive summer camp for school aged students. Click here to find more information about both their summer and year-round programs.

• Boys and girls in grades Pre K-8th are encouraged to participate in the Southlake YMCA Spring Sports League! Sportsmanship, basic instruction, and fun are stressed.
  

• They're back! Starting March 1, 2023, Crown Point Tri Kappa will be selling their handmade scrumptious, 4 oz. chocolate Easter eggs at over 25 local retailers. Proceeds benefit various Crown Point community organizations as well as the chapter’s scholarship fund.

• Join the Crown Point Community Foundation at their annual volunteer fair on March 4th. Meet more than 50 nonprofits to learn about volunteer opportunities in our area.
