We have been practicing reading and writing with students since education began, but how often do your students respond with video? Speaking and listening are just as important when we think of skills our students need to learn. Flip (formerly Flipgrid) is a free web-based tool that allows teachers to push out questions or prompts that students use the camera on their Chromebook, laptop, or mobile device to answer. Perfect for classes that have an audio component like Band or Foreign Language, and for little learners who speak better than they write.
