Yvonne Perez es una proveedora establecida en Winter Park, Florida y su especialización médica es patóloga del habla y lenguaje. Ha trabajado con muchos niños con síndrome de down en nuestra comunidad.

Yvonne C. Perez, M.A., CCC/SLP is a Nationally Certified American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and State of Florida licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Yvonne was awarded her Bachelor in Science in Health Administration in 1996. After working with under privileged children who had been removed from their home in Minneapolis’ St. Joseph’s Home for Children, she realized she wanted to make a bigger impact on children’s lives and returned to the University of Central Florida where she was awarded her Bachelor in Science in 1999 and Master of Arts in Communication Disorders in 2001. Yvonne began her career in private practice in 2001 working with children and young adults of various ages. Yvonne’s clinical specialties include Oral Motor /feeding difficulties, articulation and language impairments. She works with children with varying exceptionalities including children with Autism, Apraxia, Down’s Syndrome, Neurological Disorders, Developmental Disorders, Articulation Disorders, Auditory Processing Disorders, and Early Intervention for Speech and Language delays. She currently practices at the Felice Center for Pediatric Rehabilitation Center both in clinic and virtually. Yvonne resides in Orlando with her husband and has three beautiful boys. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, being her sons’ biggest fan at soccer games, working out and crafting.

Soren Richardson es la directora asistente del programa Parent Education Network, un proyecto de Family Network on Disabilities (FND). Ha completado Florida Partners in Policymaking y los talleres de Pete's Wrightslaw. Soren ha estado involucrado con el sistema de escuelas públicas y los PEI/IEP durante más de 5 años y disfruta educando a familias sobre cómo navegar el proceso de educación especial. Vive en la Florida Central con su esposo e hijo. Soren nació y creció en Aruba y habla cuatro idiomas, Inglés, Español, Holandés y Papiamento).
