In addition to our elective classes, we are considering the possibility of adding a (K-5th grade) Hybrid program next year at Harbor. A hybrid school is an educational model that combines online and in-person learning. It is a full time program consisting of 2 days (Wed & Fri) of in-person learning and 2-3 days of online learning at home.

We will be hosting an informational meeting on Thursday, December 5 at 3:30pm. This will be a great opportunity to learn more about hybrid and get any questions you have answered.

If you cannot attend the meeting, we will be providing more information in the upcoming months, if we decide to move forward with a Hybrid program. Thanks so much!

If you would like to change any classes for your student, for next semester, you can fill out this add/drop form by November 22(no fee). After that, there will be a $20 charge to change any classes.

If you are a current Harbor family, THERE IS NO NEED TO REGISTER FOR THE WINTER SEMESTER. Your student's schedule will carry over into the next semester. Winter semester begins January 30 (Thurs) or January 31(Fri).

Get ready to get cozy! This week, we're celebrating Pajama Day—a perfect excuse to roll out of bed and wear your favorite jammies to school. Whether it's your fluffiest slippers, comfiest PJs, or a snuggly robe. We encourage everyone to join in on the fun (school appropriate please). Pajama Day is happening this Thursday and Friday, so mark your calendars and get ready for a comfy, fun day of learning!

This is a special day where students get to share their creativity, talent, and hard work! Our students have been putting their best efforts into exciting projects and performances and we can't wait to share them with you. There will also be complimentary snacks at our open house showcase.

We'll be sending out more information as we get closer to showcase, but please mark your calendars for this special day.

All onsite students have lunch from 11:30am-noon. Students can bring a lunch from home or they can order pizza at the pizza table in the morning (by 10:30am). Pizza is $1.25 a slice, cash is preferred but cards are accepted.

Students can also purchase various snacks and drinks from the lunch counter. Prices range from $.25-$1.00 each (cash only).

Invoices for the Winter semester will be emailed out by January 1. The tuition amount and schedule will be the same as the Fall Semester (unless there's been a change in your funding status or schedule).

Winter Tuition due dates:

20% of tuition must be paid by Jan 30.

Tuition must be PAID IN FULL by March 14.

Due to our overhead expenses, we do not give refunds on tuition if a student drops prior to the end of the semester.

Families with outstanding balances after week 7, will be unable to return to Harbor until balance is paid in full and/or will lose enrollment for the following semester.

November 21 & 22- Pajama day

November 22- Last day to Add/Drop classes for winter semester

November 28 & 29 - Thanksgiving break

December 5- Hybrid Informational Meeting

December 12 & 13 - Fall semester showcase

December 14-January 29 - Winter break

January 30 or 31- Winter semester begins

February 13 & 14- Picture day and Valentine's celebration
