Dear Oak Hill families,

What a great month it has been! We have continued to build relationships while we grow and learn. We are challenging ourselves with new Math and English curriculums and assessments. Growth is not always easy, but we know it will make us better in the end.

Our volleyball teams have represented our school so well! We are proud of these girls and coaches.

College GO! Week is an annual, statewide event to promote enrollment in two- and four-year colleges across Indiana.

Mrs. Higgins has been delivering large classroom lessons during September to all classes on attendance.

If you are interested in having your student meet with Ms. Bowlds for sessions, please contact her and ask for a consent form before services can begin. If your student has seen Ms. Bowlds in the past, a new consent form must be signed at the beginning of each school year.

Each week one class earns the Woot Woot Wagon. We need donations of the following to sustain this:

• fruit snacks
• gold fish
• rice krispie treats
• non-food treats such as erasers, bookmarks, etc...

Also, we serve the staff a Woot Woot Wagon treat each Friday as well. For the adults, we are requesting donations of the following:

• soft drinks
• full-size candy bars/candy
• bags of chips, pretzels, etc...

We are opening up Staff of the Month Nominations to students and families! If you would like to recognize a staff member who has gone above and beyond, submit nominations here.

Also, consider nominating a staff member for the EVSC Cause for Applause.

Thank you for helping Oak Hill reach our fundraising goals! We do not have a delivery date or limo ride date yet, but we will pass those along as soon as we have them.
