We have kicked off our PTF Sweet Spring Treat Fundraiser with Hawaii Candy Factory and Diamond Bakery! Fundraiser pre-order forms packets are being sent home with each student Monday, March 24th. This fundraiser is PER FAMILY therefore, please submit your pre-orders with your youngest child attending CA into school office or respective student's homeroom teacher. Additional order forms can be picked up at school office.

Each bag of NOMS by Hawaii Candy Factory and Diamond Bakery Cookies is $10.00 with 50% (or $5.00 per bag) profit back to our school! This is a non-mandatory fundraiser and there is no obligation to participate. Yet, we are believing for 100% participation with a goal of each family selling at least 20 bags of treats! As an incentive, there will be Top Seller Awards and prize drawings for families who sell at least 20 bags.

• March 24 - April 16: Pre-order Sales
• March 28 - COOKIE SAMPLING IN THE COURTYARD (very limited supply of samples, first come first blessed)
• April 16: All pre-order sales and full payments due to school office or homeroom teacher
• April 29, 30, and May 1: Distribution pick-up days at school

*PRESIDENT: The President shall attend School Advisory Board scheduled meetings; Oversee & coordinate with fellow PTF Officers, school administration & teacher department representatives to plan school year calendar of PTF events (i.e. fundraisers, student/teacher appreciation events, etc.); conduct monthly PTF meetings, & perform additional duties to support fellow PTF officers, events & functions.

*VICE-PRESIDENT: The Vice-President shall assist the President and perform the duties of the President in the absence of the President; Perform other duties to support fellow PTF officers, events & functions.

SECRETARY: The Secretary shall record minutes of PTF meetings; Coordinate with school to schedule & reserve school classrooms/equipment for meetings/functions/events as needed; perform other duties to support fellow PTF officers, events and functions.

TREASURER: The Treasurer shall keep records of PTF funds; keep a full and accurate account of receipts and expenditures; present financial statement reports provided by school accounting department during PTF meetings; perform other duties to support fellow PTF officers, events and functions.

*The candidates for President and Vice-President must be voting members of the First Assembly of God. All submissions are confidential and anonymous.

The last day to submit your nominations is Friday, March 28.

Finally, students will be sharing powerful testimonies from Missions Week on Thursday, March 27 at 8AM! Let's hear all of the ways God has been moving and molding the lives of our sons and daughters!
