CAPS AND GOWNS

If you haven't done so, please visit Jostens.com to order your cap and gown. Orders need to be placed as soon as possible.

Cap and Gowns have been delivered to THS- If you haven't picked yours up yet, it's available in the Main Office with Mrs. Gingerich and Mrs. Patton. Be sure to grab it soon!

The gowns are rented - Jostens will be here to collect them following the graduation ceremony.

CHROMEBOOKS

Senior Chromebook turn in will be on Thursday May 8th and Friday May 9th in the Media Center. Please make sure to turn in your Chromebook, case, and charger. Missing items will have a replacement charge added to your school account.

Purchase an optional AdvancePay credit before the ceremony. This gives you free shipping on your order of $35+ after the event.

May 31st is the last day to buy a yearbook for the 2024 - 2025 school year! We will have limited extras, so the only way to reserve your copy is to order today! Go to yearbookforever.com and search 'Talawanda' - get yours before it is too late!

May 16th is the last day to turn in library books for 9th, 10th and 11th graders.

The Class of 2028 is responsible for the homecoming dance in the fall of 2025. In order to provide a great experience for the whole school, the class must generate funds to plan and implement the dance (raising money for homecoming has always been the responsibility of the freshman class). Our goal is for as many freshmen students (or their families) to donate $5 to the Freshmen Five Fundraiser. This money will be imperative for a successful 2025 homecoming dance.

Each student who donates $5 will be listed on the Class of 2028 banner that will be displayed in the school rotunda next school year during homecoming season.

All families that are eligible for transportation services in TSD MUST complete a NEW Transportation Form each school year. This is critical to developing bus routes for each school year.

A NEW FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT EVERY YEAR (AND IF THERE IS A CHANGE DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR)

• The NEW Form, once submitted, will delete any previous requests
• There is a 1.0 mile no transportation zone
• All alternate requests MUST be renewed every school year
• During the school year, please allow two days after transportation receives this form before the request is filled
