• This event is being held at Washington High School
• 7:00PM to 10:30PM – Tearing down rides after the event only. I know this is a school night but we don’t have a game this week.
• Must be 15 or older.
• Must provide your own transportation
• You will earn $15 per hour towards band fees/tour account.

Friday

Saturday

• OU Seat Kiosks
• Report to gate 9 by 3:30PM
• Game Kicks at 6:30PM
• Reminder - you are responsible for transportation, bringing your own water & snacks, and finding where to go.

Sunday

• Side-By-Side NCC Rehearsal (this is just for the clarinet players that signed up for this) 5:15-6:45PM @ Norman HS

Saturday, September 28th – Midwest City

• This event is being held at WP Atkinson Park 302 W Mid-America OKC, OK 73110
• 10:00AM-4:00PM
• Must be 15 or older.
• Must provide your own transportation.
• Parents/Family can sign up to work to help put extra money towards their student’s account.
• You will earn $15 per hour towards your trip costs.
• 8 People Needed – Sign up HERE

Sunday, September 29th – Norman

• This event is being held at Riverwind BUT it is not actually inside the building. Everything is taking place outside and they are even providing restrooms outside so no one has to step foot inside for any reason.
• Two shifts available
  • Early shift – 8:00AM to 2:30PM
  • Late shift – 2:00PM to 8:30PM
• Must be 15 or older.
• I can help with transportation with a mini bus (fits 14 people max), but Bear is not available on Sundays to drive a full bus.
• Parents/Family can sign up to work to help put extra money towards their student’s account.
• You will earn $15 per hour.
• 18 People Needed for each shift – Sign up HERE

Saturday, October 5th

• This event is being held at US Foods in OKC – 10211 N. I-35 Service Rd. Oklahoma City, OK 73131 (rescheduled event from April 27th)
• 11:30AM to approximately 4:00PM
• Must be 15 or older.
• Must provide your own transportation.
• You will earn $15 per hour
