Summer Update

Dear Aquin Families,

This week I have been working to get the financial information updated for next school year. Most of you should now see the billing in the next school year through the Family Portal.

I am continuing to make updates and have not yet entered all the billing and/or credits. If you have questions or think something should be included that isn't, please email me. It helps to have these requests in writing so that I can keep track of the accounts. We are still without a permanent bookkeeper, but we have some help from St. Joseph's Parish for now to help us get through.

Report cards should be available through the family portal if you have not already checked them. I hope they are up to date now since we had a few glitches the first go around. Again, please reach out if you have questions.

Students in high school that require transcripts can also access them in the Family Portal, but most educational agencies will not accept ones that you print. Mrs. Gaulrapp and I can take care of sending them if you need them. Mrs. Gaulrapp has been processing all the requests for records we are receiving.
