Nurse's Corner
NEEDED ITEMS: Collecting pants and shorts for the health room. If your student has any they no longer wear or need I would love to have them. Unused underwear is always great to have on hand as well!
EXCLUSION REMINDERS: If ill please remain home until fever free (<100 without use of medication), vomiting free and/or diarrhea (2 or more loose stools) for 24 hours. If your child has a fever (>100), vomiting, or diarrhea at school a parent will be called to pick up your student.
IMMUNIZATIONS: 7th grade immunization records are past due! Please contact the school nurse if you have any questions regarding your student's immunization status.
MEDICATION: Just a reminder that any prescription medication needs to be given at home prior to school. If a student is to take a prescription medication at school, then that medication needs to be kept in the health room with a doctor’s order. If you have a student that forgets to take their medication at home, then a few tablets of that medication can always be kept in the health room just in case.
