CCE PTA NEWS

We are making some changes to our communication strategy moving forward to make sure that we are achieving our goal of keeping you informed and engaged with the activities and events of CCE while also making the best use of everyone's time. Please take a look at these changes and suggested New Practices moving forward so that you don't miss anything in the future.

CHANGES

• Changing from bi weekly emails to 1 MONTHLY email on the 1st of every month

• Newsletter will contain less text and instead only linked flyers for you to click and navigate to a more detailed page or relevant event details

• Updates and reminders will be shared throughout the month through each grade level Whatsapp group and/or teacher emails and websites (If you are not a part of your grade level Whatsapp group reach out to cceptanewsletter@gmail.com for help getting that set up).

MOVING FORWARD ACTION ITEMS...

• Save the monthly email that comes out on the first so that you can access the information and links for that month's events and activities.

• Join your grade level Whatsapp to stay informed and engaged in your school community.

• Get familiar with using the CCE PTA website where most of the event and activity details will be shared moving forward.

We are so grateful for the PTA Campus Beautification Team for putting in lot's of work over break to clear the mosaic art and front flower bed area AND planted new pollinator seeds so that we will all be able to enjoy lot's of beautiful spring flowers soon. Without volunteers like this CCE wouldn't be the beautiful and welcoming community that it is 💙
