Freedom Families, welcome to the 2024-2025 Academic Year! I am hopeful that each of you was able to spend time with friends and family this summer creating great memories. We are excited to see our newest installment of Freedom Patriots learn and grow in the coming months. That growth is not possible without your support and cooperation. It is our utmost goal to form a strong partnership with each Freedom Family to maximize support for each student. Our primary objective is to see our Patriots become the very best versions of themselves possible. Please know that we are here to listen, learn, and work with you to help your student. I am so excited that students will start visiting the Media Center this week for Orientation and check out!

Check out/ Late book Policy:

· 3 books maximum for 3 weeks
- Books that are more than 3 weeks late will be marked lost, and a repayment fee will be assigned. The fee will be deleted when the book(s) are returned. If the materials are lost, the replacement fee must be paid to clear the student's account.
- Late notices are emailed every Tuesday to parents, students, and homeroom teachers.

· Students with outstanding book returns will not be allowed to check out until the materials are returned or paid for in full.

Bedford Falls Book Fair:

The FMS Media Center will host Bedford Falls Book Fair Oct. 7-11, 2024. Be on the lookout for volunteer opportunities!

Be Pro Be Proud event is scheduled for August 14th & 15th with our 8th Graders.

There is still time to become a PTSA member. When you get your student a membership they will be eligible to purchase balls for the dunk tank at the Back to School Bash. So get their (and your) membership now.
