Parents have until Thursday, August 31, 2023, to complete the google form.

PTO News
Information Day
We hope to see all of you at Information Day on Wednesday, August 16. You can pay your PTO dues and sign up to volunteer for our activities and events. We will not have Spiritwear for sale on site this year. Our new spiritwear company is fully online and will be running a 30% off sale starting August 15 and will have a bunch of new items and styles. Classroom party sign up will not be at information day. There will be more information coming once school begins on how to volunteer at one of our three classroom parties this year.
Save the Date!
We hope to see all of you to kick off a new school year on Friday, August 25 from 5:30-7:30 pm at DuJardin for our Back to School Carnival!
PTO Dues
Make sure when you are paying for your students' 2023-2024 registration fees, add your PTO Dues to your cart by clicking on "Webstore" under your student's name and scrolling down to "DuJardin PTO FAMILY Membership 2023-2024" and click "add to cart". This will eliminate having to pay for it on Information Day in August.
PTO Volunteer
The PTO needs your support to make this school year a success! Please click on the link below and fill out the google form.
Hot Lunch News
After a successful test run in the Spring, the PTO will be partnering with Doctor Dogs again this year for our hot lunch program. We will start hot lunch in mid-late September. We will begin with Tuesdays and Thursdays and depending on volunteer support, we will add Wednesdays. Our hot lunch program cannot run without parent volunteers. It is one hour of time. If most families helped just a few times a year, we would have more than enough volunteers to run hot lunch 3 times a week. Please look for more information on purchasing and volunteering for hot lunch once school begins.

Student Needs:
Please inform the nurse of any allergies or sensitivities to foods, medications, and environmental allergens. If there are any pertinent details of your students' health that you feel the nurse needs to know, please reach out and discuss this with the school nurse. This information can be helpful to better support your student throughout the day, if certain situations arise.
About Your Student’s Medication:
The district's medication administration policy mandates that all medication to be administered at school requires an MD order, this includes over-the-counter medications. Students may NOT keep over-the-counter meds in their backpacks or in their lockers--including cough drops, Advil, etc. This is an important safety concern! Please review the policy included in the registration process.
If your student requires an inhaler, Epi-Pen, or any oral medication, please obtain the medication form and appropriate health care plan from your physician when your child has their exam. Forms may also be obtained on the district website.
Excused Physical Education Class:
Please note that all PE excuses need to be sent to the Nurse's Office. A parent may excuse a student from PE for up to 3 days. (consecutively) Thereafter, a Doctor's note is required.
