Dear Parents/Guardians,
As the end of the year gets in sight, we are busy planning to celebrate milestones that our students have met. The following events will be happening between now and next week:
- National Holiday (Reconciliation Day): June 10th
- Promotion Ceremony- June 5th
- Class of 2024 Prom- June 7th
- Class of 2024 Graduation- June 13th
- End of Year Award Ceremony/Last Day of School- June 14th
Parents of K4, KG, PYP 5 & MYP 3 Are Invited
Tomorrow, students in transition classes moving up to Kindergarten, elementary school, middle school and high school will have their promotion ceremony to begin at 10:00AM to 12:00. Concerned parents should take note that photos will be taken before the event proper and so they should be here by 9:15AM to be part of the photo shoot.
Also ensure that your child is dressed formally from home as they come to school tomorrow to avoid losing time in changing at school.
All High School Students are Invited
The 12th graders have organized a Prom party for the Class of 2024 at Radisson Hotel. All High School students are invited to attend.
However, a Parental Consent Form/ AISB Liability Waiver is attached and will also come home with your child for permission to attend the event on Friday June 7th.
June 14th will be our end of the year awards day and the last day of school for 2023/2024. Parents are also invited to attend. The ceremony will begin at 8:15 and school closes for the summer vacation at 12:00 noon.
The 2024/2025 school year will begin on August 22nd for students. Registration for new students is on-going and re-registration for returning students is now open.
Remember to take advantage of the discount in tuition if you pay by June 30th.
