SVDP Newsletter
February 29, 2024
Happy Leap Day! There is a lot to celebrate here at SVDP! From fabulous Parent Guild events to Student Spirit Rallies we are continually celebrating and building community. We also want to celebrate our students' academic achievements and applaud our faculty and staff who support them in their learning. Take a look at our STAR scores from February!
On Friday, all students will bring home an envelope. Grades 3-8 will have their STAR Reading and Math scores from the February benchmark. Grades K-2 will have their Trimester 1 report cards in the envelope (Grades 3-8 will have report cards distributed digitally via SchoolSpeak). The youngest child's envelope will also contain the Tuition Status Letter 24-25 for your family. Please read all documents carefully and reach out to the appropriate contact if you have any questions.
Next week we will be holding Parent/Teacher conferences. Some will be student-led, while others will include only adults. Please contact your teacher to verify who will be in attendance. During conference week the school will provide extra-curricular activities for students in grades 3-8. See below for more information.
