A Note From Mrs. Bowden...
This week's Note is coming from Mrs. Shaw. As you may or may not of heard, Our beloved Mrs. Moreno had a loss over Fall Break. So many of you have asked how you can help.
Dear Lions Fam,
Our hearts are heavy as we grieve alongside the Moreno family during this unimaginable time of loss. The passing of their beloved son, Emiliano, has left us all deeply saddened.
I know this week has been emotionally draining for most of us, but walking through the halls of our school, the love and prayers that are covering the Moreno family is felt in such profound way. They know that they are not walking through this pain alone and we are here to support them in any way we can as they navigate this ocean of grief.
I know people have been asking how they can help. One way we can provide immediate assistance is by contributing to the GofundMe account that has been set up to help cover the hospital bills, medical expenses, and funeral costs. No amount is too small - every donation will make a meaningful difference in easing their financial burdens during this incredibly difficult time. Your generosity will go a long way in helping the Moreno family focus on grieving and healing.
If you feel led, please consider donating what you can to the GofundMe page at https://gofund.me/a11e6d6a
Please feel free to share the link as needed.
Our community is strong, and together we will wrap our arms around the Moreno family and provide the love and support they need. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
Retna Shaw
