Keeping you connected to teaching and learning

A MESSAGE FROM MS. PEARL
Greetings Students and Families!
We're now in the final stretch of the school year! The fourth quarter began on March 31, 2025, and third-quarter report cards will be available in ParentVue/StudentVue on Monday, April 7, 2025. Time is flying! As I remind you each week, students, stay focused and ensure your assignments are submitted on time. Paying attention to the "small things that mean a lot" will help you produce quality work. Effective time management is key to meeting deadlines, and staying focused will set you up for a strong finish to the school year. If you need tutoring assistance, please check out the flyer below and complete the interest form.
We're continuing to see an increase in student absences due to illness. While we appreciate your efforts in keeping your child home to prevent the spread of germs, please remember that you have five school days to submit a parent or medical note to the Attendance Office upon their return. For student-athletes, a medical note is highly recommended to avoid any impact on participation.
Additionally, our Administration team continues to implement Hall Sweeps. Once the tardy bell rings, any student found in the hallway without a pass will receive a Saturday School Detention. Saturday School is held on select Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Failure to attend may result in In-School Intervention (ISI) or Suspension. Students, it's essential to manage your time wisely between classes—you have four minutes to transition before being marked tardy. If you're delayed leaving class, be sure to get a pass from your teacher before heading to your next class.
Let’s finish the school year strong! 🚀
A few reminders:
Our school day begins at 7:30 a.m. Please ensure you arrive at school and to each class on time.
Due to school closures earlier this month the last day of school for students, for the 2024-25 school year, is Friday, June 13. Early Dismissal days have been changed to June 11th, 12th, and 13th.
Backpack Policy: Wearing or bringing backpacks or large bags into classrooms is NOT permitted. Students must utilize their lockers. If your student encounters any locker issues, please ask them to use the QR code available in various locations throughout the building and in the Main Office. We encourage all students to continue demonstrating your Cougar Pride by being Prepared, Respectful, Involved, Diligent, and Eco-Friendly.
