November 25th - News from the Nest
Last Monday, we had six class meetings that included over 600 juniors and seniors. After the last meeting, we walk the rows in the auditorium to leave a clean space. The picture to the right shows the FIVE items that were picked up off the floor!!!! That's it! I'm so thankful and proud of the Respect, Courtesy, and Pride demonstrated by our students.

- Attending a college visit is a great way to learn about colleges/universities.
- College visits are open to Juniors and Seniors and will take place in the College and Career Center.
- To attend a college visit you must both register in Maia Learning and obtain permission to attend from the teacher of the class that you'll be missing 24 school hours in advance (ie. A Monday 8:30am visit requires registration and permission from your teacher by 8:30am the previous Friday).

The girls basketball team picked up a nice win over Wheeling on Saturday! The dance team placed 5th/18 teams at the Mundelein Invite on 11/24--great job girls!
Congratulations to Maia Becker and Riley Bell-Nance on making their college commitments! Maia will golf for the Flyers of Lewis University (Romeoville, IL), and Riley will continue her volleyball career at Wittenberg University (Springfield, OH). We are proud of you!
