Parent Teacher Conferences Sign-Up
Below are sign-up links for times to meet with teachers Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday. Availability varies from teacher to teacher. Please see the Parent Teacher Conferences Oct 24 PDF below.
On Wednesday, October 16th, you can come in and meet with teachers in person from 4:30p.m. -8:30p.m.
During the arena-style, in-person, conferences on Wednesday from 4:30p.m. - 8:30p.m., teachers will have an assigned table in the MPR (cafeteria) and main gym. If you plan to attend, please have your your student's schedule and grades as we will not have these items available for you.
Conferences are not scheduled ahead of time; they are walk-up. With this style of conferencing, the expectation is that each conference will last a few minutes with each teacher. This way, everyone can speak with as many of their student’s teachers as necessary.
If you anticipate needing more time with a particular teacher, please request a time outside of these conferences.

High School Options Presentations Video
8th Grade Parents...if you were unable to attend any of the High School Options Presentations, here is a video that should give you some good information.
21st Century Academies Open Houses
If your 8th grader is showing an interest in one or more of the 21st Century Academies, we would strongly encourage you to visit the open houses at the various high schools. These are great opportunities to see the 21st Century Academies in action!
Each of the academies will hold an open house for students and parents to attend in order to visit the facilities and find out more details about the academy. Each open house happens on different a date; families may attend as many as they choose. If a family is unable to attend the scheduled date, there are many resources on the https://www.olatheschools.org/21stcenturyacademies website or you may email the academy facilitator.
