Hamburg School Sound System Sponsorship
Message from the Hamburg School PTA ...
Dear Friends, Family, and Business,
The Hamburg PTA is a registered 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization in good standing, whose sole purpose is to enhance the educational experience of the students of Hamburg School. We are looking for sponsors like you to help us raise money for the school's sound system. The sound system is used for many events like the school play, Adult Bingo, 8th grade Graduation, Winter and Spring concerts, assemblies and more. Our goal is to raise $7,000. A generous donation like yours will help make this a great success to help us reach our goal. We rely heavily on support from our friends and family in the community, as well as businesses and organizations outside of our immediate area. Having the sound system fixed and updated will benefit so many aspects of the school. Attached is our flyer with all Sponsor Levels of Business's, Friends, and Family. Donations can be made by cash, a check payable to Hamburg PTA, or paid online. Your consideration of our request is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach us via email, hamburgpta@gmail.com. Thank you!!!!

Noteworthy News
The Hamburg School is excited to announce the creation of a comprehensive online resource library designed to support our parent community. This new initiative aims to gather and share a wide range of helpful resources in one convenient space, making it easier for parents to access vital information and services for their families.
To ensure the library includes a variety of useful resources, we are inviting parents to contribute by submitting recommendations through a simple Google Form. The form is designed to collect resources across several key categories, including medical, dental, mental health, counseling, after-school activities, and sports. If you know of any trusted providers, programs, or services in these areas—or any others that might benefit the community—we encourage you to share them!
The Google Form is structured to allow easy and clear submissions. Parents will be asked to categorize the resource they’re recommending and provide essential details such as the name of the resource, contact information, a brief description of what it offers, and any other relevant details, like availability or cost. There’s also space to share personal experiences or ratings, which can help other parents make informed decisions.
In addition to resources in the key areas listed, the form also allows for suggestions of anything else that might benefit families, such as childcare services, tutoring, or community events. This ensures that our library remains flexible and expansive, with something for everyone.
Once collected, the resources will be organized into a user-friendly online directory that parents can easily access. Whether you're looking for a pediatric dentist, a sports league for your child, or a mental health counselor, this resource library will be the go-to place for trusted, community-sourced recommendations.
We hope this initiative will foster a stronger sense of connection and support within the Hamburg School community, helping families navigate the many services and activities available to them. So, if you have a resource to share, please take a moment to fill out the Google Form (multiple submissions are encouraged) and contribute to this valuable project!
February is Love the Bus Month! This month we will take time to appreciate our student transportation vehicles - school buses of all sizes and colors. We send our appreciation to the many hard working school bus drivers and aides who spend their time making sure our students get to school and back safely. Lastly, we want to recognize those who work in student transportation offices behind the scenes ensuring each day runs smoothly.
To celebrate we have deemed Wednesday, February 12, 2025, as wear yellow day. Show your support of student transportation by showcasing your favorite yellow clothing, shoes, or accessories. We thank you for your support!
