December Important Dates
December 6: K-6 Early Dismissal
K-6 students will be dismissed early on Friday, December 6 for Report Card Marking.
- Elementary Grades K-4 dismiss at 11:50am
- Intermediate Grades 5 & 6 dismiss at 11:10am
Please remember your child comes home early and we encourage you to make any arrangements necessary because of this early release.

Winter Concerts
All Winter Concerts take place at Lockport High School's Visual & Performing Arts Center at 250 Lincoln Ave, Lockport. You may enter at Door 3, located off of Locust St. All concerts begin at 6:30 p.m.
Family Empowerment Center: Bullying and Promoting Wellness for Students with Disabilities

In this VIRTUAL workshop, parents, caregivers, or educators of children with disabilities learn to recognize the signs of a bullying situation and how to talk to a child. Learn about the supports and services that can be built into the Individualized Education Program (IEP) to promote social growth and well-being.
Family Empowerment Center: NAMI - National Alliance on Mental Illness Family Support Group
Date: The 3rd Thursday of each month
Time: 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Location: Family Empowerment Center, 1st floor of the Cornerstone Ice Arena
Facilitated, confidential support for family members and caregivers concerned about and/or caring for a person with mental illness. Check out the flyer here.
Drop in, no registration is necessary.
Family Empowerment Center: Community Missions Family Support Group
Date: The 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month
Time: 10:00-11:30 a.m.
Location: Family Empowerment Center, 1st floor of the Cornerstone Ice Arena
Do you feel you would like someone to talk to/bounce ideas off that has been through similar circumstances, such as having a child with a mental health or behavioral health diagnosis? This group is to support all attendees in the areas they identify as topics of discussion. Everyone is welcome and registration is not required. You can read more about this group here.
