We appreciate your ongoing support in ensuring your child’s success at school. Arriving on time each day is essential for their learning and helps set a positive tone for the day. When students arrive late, they miss important SEL time with their classmates, they miss critical instruction, disrupt class, and may feel rushed or unprepared.

Please make every effort to have your child at school by 8:40am so they can start the day focused and ready to learn. If you are experiencing any challenges with morning routines, please feel free to reach out—we’re happy to support in any way we can.

Classrooms are called for dismissal at 3:20. Please communicate with us prior to 2pm if you have to change your child's regular dismissal plans. Emails to teachers after 2:30pm may not be seen until after dismissal. Phone calls to the office after 2pm should be for emergency pick-ups.

There are 135 overdue books looking to be returned to their home on the shelves of the Clover Street School library. There are students anxiously waiting to enjoy these books as well. If you've received an email from Ms. Cichon notifying you that your child has an overdue library book, please help your child look in their backpack, bedroom, playroom, chair cushions, under the bed, the car, and anywhere else you can think of for the book. Thank you for helping all of learners enjoy the books purchased for our library.

The money raised will help fund a new sign for our Grace Street entrance (see picture to the right; ours will be green and say Clover Street School) and school wide activities, including 5th grade end of year events.
