All 5th grade students will turn in their CFISD computers, cases, and chargers at the end of May. Students will be charged for any missing items. Cases and chargers are $30 each. Any computers with damage should have a LTE ticket put in before the turn in dates. An official date for computer turn in will be sent out soon.

Each Sunday our library computer system sends out automated emails to let parents know if their student has a late book. Please know that it is just a reminder, no fines or fees have been assigned.

Please email up to 3 pictures of your kiddo throughout their elementary career to hesmemorybook@gmail.com! Please read the details below! Please ONLY send the requested photo; there will be other opportunities to send more photos! Not all pictures received will be able to make it into the book but we will put as many as we can!!

• Please label your email with Title of Photo and Name of Student
• If you have multiple 5th graders, please send individual emails
• Please check the deadline date for pictures, once the date has passed the picture cannot be added!
• Every 5th Grade student will receive a Memory Book towards the end of the year

Celebrate your birthday with the Hamilton Lions. The Birthday Book Bunch is a great way to celebrate your birthday and reading! The $20 fee includes: new book donated to the library with your child's name plate inside, birthday party in the library (the 9 weeks during their birthday), student's name on the birthday wall. To purchase, go to your child's School Cash account and look for "Student Birthday on the Marquee". Complete the online form and submit payment. School Cash Online

• Each student will receive two (2) photo ID badges at the beginning of the school year at no cost.

• One of the badges will be attached to the student’s backpack to be utilized for bus transportation services

• After September 11th the district will put in place a NO BADGE, NO RIDE.

• The second ID will remain at the campus.

• Store bought lanyards are not permitted.
